PADDING:The cushion is made of high-quality foam with a density of 2 lbs covered with polyester foam sheets to provide more flexibility to the seat and backrest.

BASE :100% solid wood. The "oak" base is made of basal white oak. The "walnut effect" base is made of cherry wood with a stain to give it a walnut color.

ADHESIVES AND DYE:The glue and dye used are all water-based products.

SPRINGS:Made from 8-gauge flat springs, then covered in vinyl, for maximum comfort. The spring steel is sourced from North America and contains up to 60% recycled steel.

Regular maintenance is recommended to keep your ottoman in good condition. Clean the surfaces regularly with a vacuum cleaner.

If a liquid spill were to occur on the fabric of your ottoman,Do not rubSimply blot the spill with a paper towel or absorbent cloth. Each fabric is treated with a stain-resistant product that repels liquids, so rubbing is not recommended.

PRODUCTION TIME: Each piece of furniture is made to order. Our current production time is approximately 10 to 12 weeks.*

DELIVERY OPTIONS

• White Glove Delivery: Available in most regions of Quebec and Ontario. This service includes scheduled delivery, in-home assembly of your furniture (when required), and removal of all packaging materials.
• Warehouse or Store Pickup: You may pick up your order by appointment at our Terrebonne warehouse or our Blainville showroom during business hours. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

DELIVERY FEES: Delivery fees vary depending on the items ordered and your location. They are calculated automatically at checkout.

ASSEMBLY: Your furniture arrives partially assembled. No assembly is required other than attaching the legs.
