RETURN POLICY

From the moment you place your order until the day of delivery:
Products purchased at regular price are exchangeable and refundable*, while products purchased on sale or promotion are exchangeable but non-refundable (unless otherwise excluded).**

From the day of delivery up to 30 days after delivery of your order:
If your furniture does not suit you, we commit to taking it back, under the condition that products purchased at regular price are exchangeable and refundable*, and products purchased on sale or promotion are exchangeable but non-refundable (unless otherwise excluded).**

Delivery fees are non-refundable after delivery, and in the event of an exchange, a new delivery fee will apply to schedule the exchange between the returned item and the new one.

IMPORTANT: To qualify for a return, you must ensure that your furniture remains in its original condition. We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our facilities, and during delivery we confirm with you that the item meets the highest quality standards. Upon return, we expect the same condition from the customer. Returned furniture must be in the same condition as when delivered and must not have any:

  • Scratches
  • Stains
  • Marks on the finish (the furniture will be inspected under sunlight reflection to ensure no finish marks are visible)
  • Other damage to the furniture

* For all refunds, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

** The following products are FINAL SALE and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded: sofas, walnut furniture, 96-inch tables, 76-inch benches, Luft and Arwin models, custom-made furniture, and all products in the Clearance section.

WARRANTY FOR WOOD FURNITURE

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years following the delivery date of your furniture.*

Solid wood is a noble and living material, appreciated for its unique characteristics such as knots, variations in texture, color, and grain. These natural features give our furniture an authentic character. To ensure a surface that is both beautiful and durable, visible knots and cracks on tabletops are filled with epoxy. These carefully crafted details reflect the true essence of the wood and are not considered defects.

What is covered:

  • Separation of laminated joints
  • Significant warping of the tabletop
  • Cracks opening around wood repairs (epoxy, wood filler, etc.)
  • Structural defects or breakage of a base or assembly

What is not covered:

Wood is a living material that reacts to its environment. Factors such as humidity, temperature, and light may cause changes in the appearance or shape of the wood, including cracking, slight warping, or color changes.

  • Minor changes, splinters, or cracks caused by the natural movement of wood
  • Slight warping of the tabletop
  • Scratches, marks, or stains on the wood
  • Gradual color changes in the wood
  • Damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear

These natural occurrences are normal and are not covered by the warranty because, once the furniture leaves our facilities, these conditions are beyond our control. To minimize these effects, we strongly recommend following our complete care and maintenance guide.

Furniture covered under the manufacturing defect warranty may be exchanged or repaired, at the discretion of the production department, but can under no circumstances be refunded.

* These warranties apply only to wood furniture. Our delivery service is not covered under warranty. Therefore, in the event of a warranty claim, new delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

 


WARRANTY FOR UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, giving you complete peace of mind and reflecting our commitment to providing durable, high-quality furniture.

Structure:

Lifetime warranty under normal residential use. The frame and springs are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

Seat and back cushion filling:

Limited 3-year residential warranty. Please note that some foam compression is considered normal (up to 20%) and should not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Fabric:

Limited 1-year warranty on fabric.

Furniture covered under the manufacturing defect warranty may be exchanged or repaired, at the discretion of the production department, but can under no circumstances be refunded.
