All the wood species we use for furniture are hardwoods, although each species does not have the same hardness. Maple and oak are the two hardest species (hardness of 9/10), while black walnut has a lower hardness (7.5/10).

Our boutique/showroom is located at 1503 (Suite 103) Michèle-Bohec Blvd., Blainville, J7C 5L4 . We showcase our best-selling products as well as all the wood species and other materials we work with. We also sell wood samples on-site for those who wish to take them home. Our products are not available through other retailers; we sell exclusively to the end consumer. Yes. Wood samples are sold for $20 (+ shipping) for a set of three wood species. It is not possible to purchase a single sample as they are all packaged and ready to ship. Here is the link to the "samples" product: woodstockcie.com/products/samples

All the wood species we use are native, meaning they come from nearby sources. While our raw material suppliers are all carefully selected local suppliers, we cannot precisely verify the wood's origin. However, we do know that the wood in our furniture comes from Quebec, Ontario, and/or the Northeastern United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product ordered and its inventory status. For in-stock wooden furniture orders (tables, benches, chairs, TV stands, coffee tables), delivery times are 1-4 weeks. For made-to-order furniture, delivery times are 4-8 weeks, except for certain items which may take 10-12 weeks. For upholstered furniture orders (sofas, armchairs, footstools, occasional benches), delivery times are 10-12 weeks. Small items (hammock chairs, tablecloths, samples, etc.) are shipped within 1-15 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and you can contact our customer service team at any time to get a more precise delivery estimate for your order.

Some of our furniture items (our best-selling pieces) are available in small quantities from our inventory, while others are made to order. The "in stock" or "made to order" status is displayed on the product page. In-stock items can be delivered more quickly (1-4 weeks) than made-to-order items (4-8 weeks or 10-12 weeks, depending on the product). For orders of multiple pieces of furniture, the longest delivery time will always be the one applicable to the entire order.

Currently, only the option to pay in full by credit card online at the time of ordering is available.

Add all the furniture and accessories to your cart, then enter your delivery details and proceed to checkout. You will automatically receive your invoice by email. Once your order is placed, we will prepare it according to the inventory status of the furniture in your order. When your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you by email one week in advance to offer you our next delivery day in your area or to arrange for your order to be picked up, depending on the option you selected during checkout. If you are available on that day, we will then provide you with a 3-hour delivery window. If you are not available on that day, we will reschedule the delivery for our next available delivery day in your area. Upon delivery, our two delivery drivers will assemble the furniture in the room of your choice.

Here are the general terms and conditions of the promotions:

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined: only one promotion can be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.
  • Promo codes are valid for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
  • The codes received via newsletter are intended for single use per customer.
  • If a promotion is automatically applied in the cart, it will replace any other manual offer.
  • Some promotions may be reserved for specific customer groups or may not apply to certain products.
  • Promotions are not retroactively applicable to previous purchases.

We offer delivery for all our furniture between Quebec City, Sherbrooke, and Gatineau. Delivery prices vary depending on the items in your order. For delivery rates, please refer to our Delivery Policy. Please note that assembly is included in the delivery price when one or more items in your order require assembly.

When your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you by email to suggest our next available delivery day in your area. If you are not available on that day, we will reschedule the delivery for our next available delivery day in your area. If you are available on that day, we will provide you with a 3-hour delivery window no later than the Monday before your confirmed delivery date. Upon delivery, our two delivery drivers will place the furniture(s) in the room of your choice, and the delivery typically takes between 15 and 45 minutes. As deliveries are made in-house by our team, the furniture is delivered in reusable moving blankets, not boxes.

The legs of the dining room tables are disassembled when delivered, but the other furniture is all already assembled.

Our delivery area covers the cities of Quebec City, Sherbrooke, and Gatineau. Occasionally, exceptions may be made; please contact us to see if we can deliver even if your address is outside our delivery radius.

You can pick up your order at our Terrebonne warehouse. Pickups are by appointment only on Tuesdays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please note that our furniture is wrapped in moving blankets, not boxes. If you wish to keep your furniture wrapped in blankets for transport, we can sell you the blankets for $20 each. This amount will be refunded if you return the blankets afterward. If you do not wish to keep your furniture wrapped in blankets, it will be your responsibility to protect it during transport.

For everyday cleaning of your furniture, a simple damp (and clean) cloth is all you need. We always suggest wiping away any excess water with a dry cloth. To wash your furniture, you can add a drop of mild dish soap diluted in water to dampen your cloth. We do not recommend any sprays or products of any kind, regardless of their intended use. The fewer cleaning products, the better!

All our furniture is finished with a permanent protective coating of three layers of water-based varnish. This finish does not need to be redone year after year. However, if after several years your furniture shows signs of wear that bother you, you can always have the finish redone (for this, we recommend contacting a professional furniture restorer).

Although the finish applied to the furniture protects the wood very well from most substances (liquids and solids), a wooden table naturally requires some care. We suggest always cleaning up any spills as soon as they are noticed to prevent stains. A little tip: the more care you take of your furniture, the longer it will stay beautiful.

We offer our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after delivery. This means that, for any reason, if your furniture doesn't suit you, we are committed to taking it back, provided that items purchased at regular price are exchangeable and refundable, and discounted items are exchangeable but not refundable. Delivery charges are non-refundable after delivery, and in the case of an exchange, a new delivery charge will be applied to arrange the exchange between the returned item and the new one. Naturally, products must be in their original condition to be returned; that is, they must show no signs of wear. In the event of a return, our delivery team will conduct a thorough inspection before accepting the returned item.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage related to normal wear and tear, such as scratches or stains, or wood alterations caused by natural factors (small cracks in the wood) or external factors (temperature, humidity, etc.). Our warranty against manufacturing defects is valid for five years from the delivery date of your furniture. Furniture covered by the manufacturing defect warranty may be exchanged or repaired, at the discretion of the production department, but is non-refundable.

Yes. Products purchased at regular price may benefit from a price adjustment until:

1- The order has been delivered

2-8 weeks after purchase if the order is still not delivered

Products purchased at a discount cannot benefit from a price adjustment, as they are exchangeable only and not refundable.
