All the wood species we use for our furniture are hardwoods, which means they are all durable, though each has a different level of hardness. Maple and oak are the hardest (9/10 hardness rating), while black walnut is slightly softer (7.5/10).
Absolutely! Our store/showroom is located at 1503 (103) Michèle-Bohec Blvd, Blainville, J7C 5L4. We showcase our best-selling items, all the wood species, and various materials we work with. You can also purchase wood samples directly on-site. Our products are not available in other stores, we sell exclusively direct-to-consumer. If you're too far to visit, you can either order wood samples online or book a free design consultation to help you make the right choice.

Yes. Our wood samples are available for $20 (+ shipping) for a full set of 3 wood species. It’s not possible to purchase individual samples, as they are pre-packaged and ready to ship. Here’s the link to the sample product.
All the wood species we use are native hardwoods sourced locally. While all of our raw material suppliers are carefully selected local partners, we can’t always trace the exact origin of the wood. However, we know that the wood used in our furniture comes from Quebec, Ontario, and/or the Northeastern United States.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product ordered and the inventory status of the items. For wooden furniture (tables, benches, chairs, TV units, coffee tables) that is in stock, delivery takes 1–4 weeks. For “made-to-order” wooden furniture, the lead time is 4–8 weeks, except for certain items that may take 10–12 weeks. For upholstered furniture (sofas, armchairs, ottomans, accent benches), the lead time is 10–12 weeks. Smaller products (hammock chairs, table linens, samples, etc.) ship within 1–15 business days. These are estimated timeframes, and you can always contact our customer service team to get an accurate estimate for your specific order.
Some of our best-selling furniture pieces are available in limited quantities in stock, while others are made to order. Each product listing will indicate whether the item is "in stock" or "made to order." In-stock items ship faster (1–4 weeks) than made-to-order pieces (4–8 weeks or 10–12 weeks depending on the product). For orders that include multiple items, the delivery time will always follow the longest estimated lead time.
At this time, the only available payment method is full payment by credit card at checkout on our website.
Add all the furniture and accessories you want to your cart, enter your shipping information, then proceed to payment. You’ll automatically receive your invoice by email. Once your order is placed, we will prepare it based on the inventory status of each item. When your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you by email one week in advance to propose our next delivery date in your area or to arrange pickup, depending on the option you selected during checkout. If you're available on the proposed delivery date, we’ll then send you a 3-hour delivery time window. If you're not available, your delivery will be postponed to the next scheduled delivery day in your area. On delivery day, our two-person team will install your furniture in the room of your choice.
Yes, we offer delivery for all our furniture within the area between Québec City, Sherbrooke, and Gatineau. The delivery fee varies depending on the items in your order. To learn more about delivery fees, please refer to our Delivery Policy. Assembly is included in the delivery fee when any of the items in your order require assembly.
When your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you by email to propose our next scheduled delivery date in your area. If you're unavailable on that date, your delivery will be postponed to the following delivery day in your area. If you are available, we will send you a 3-hour delivery window no later than the Monday before the confirmed delivery date. On the day of delivery, our two-person team will install the furniture in the room of your choice. Delivery usually takes between 15 and 45 minutes. Since deliveries are handled internally by our team, items are transported in reusable moving blankets rather than boxes.
The legs of dining tables are disassembled for delivery, but all other furniture pieces arrive fully assembled.
Our delivery zone extends between Québec City, Sherbrooke, and Gatineau. In some cases, exceptions may be made, feel free to contact us to see if we can deliver to your location even if you're outside our standard delivery range.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our warehouse in Terrebonne. Pickups are available by appointment only on Tuesdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please note that our furniture is wrapped in moving blankets rather than boxes. If you wish to keep the blankets for transportation, they are available for purchase at $20 each. This amount is refundable if you return the blankets afterward. If you choose not to keep the blankets, it will be your responsibility to protect the furniture during transport.
For everyday cleaning, a simple damp (and clean) cloth is all you need. We always recommend wiping off any excess moisture with a dry cloth afterward. If needed, you can add a drop of mild dish soap diluted in the water used to dampen your cloth. We do not recommend using any spray or cleaning product, regardless of its purpose. The fewer cleaning products, the better :)
All of our furniture comes with a permanent protective finish, three coats of water-based varnish. It’s not a finish that needs to be reapplied year after year. However, if after many years your furniture shows signs of wear that bother you, it’s always possible to refinish it (we recommend working with a professional furniture refinisher in that case).

Although the finish provides excellent protection against most substances (liquid or solid), a wooden table still requires a bit of care. We recommend cleaning up any spills as soon as you notice them to prevent stains. A small tip: the more care you give your furniture, the longer it will stay beautiful.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. That means if your furniture doesn’t suit you for any reason, we’re committed to taking it back, provided the item was purchased at regular price. Regular-priced items are returnable and exchangeable, while discounted items are exchangeable only and non-refundable.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has occurred. In the case of an exchange, a new delivery fee will apply to coordinate the return of the original item and the delivery of the new one.
Returned products must be in their original condition, meaning no signs of wear. A thorough inspection will be carried out by our delivery team before accepting a return.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damages related to normal wear (e.g. scratches, stains) or natural changes in the wood (e.g. small cracks), nor damage caused by external factors (e.g. temperature, humidity).
Our manufacturing defect warranty is valid for two years from the delivery date.
Items covered by the warranty may be repaired or exchanged (at the discretion of our production team), but they cannot be refunded.

Yes. Regular-priced items are eligible for a price adjustment under the following conditions:
1- The order has not yet been delivered.
2- It has been less than 8 weeks since the order date, if the order is still pending delivery.
Discounted items are not eligible for a price adjustment, as they are exchangeable only and non-refundable.
