Participation guidelines

Send at least one nice photo* of your room/corner featuring at least one Woodstock & cie piece of furniture and/or accessory
has info@woodstockcie.com before midnight on September 16, 2024.
*Photo montages will not be accepted.
*Photos must not contain any human presence (animal presence accepted).
IMPORTANT: By participating in this contest, you agree that the submitted photos may be used/shared on various Woodstock & Co. platforms (including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, website and blog, YouTube, various media, etc.). These photos may be used for advertising and promotional purposes. You therefore agree to grant Woodstock & Co. the rights to these photos for an unlimited and unrestricted period.

Conditions of participation

Open to residents of Quebec.
18 years and older on the day of the draw
To be eligible for the competition you must have been a customer of Woodstock & Co. Furniture at least once for the purchase of a piece of furniture or an accessory.

    Methodology of the draw

    A shortlist of the 5 best photos will be made by our internal team, and we will then have our Instagram and Facebook communities vote (one vote per person per platform). The photo with the most votes by Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 8:00 AM (across both platforms: Facebook and Instagram) will be crowned the most beautiful Woodstock & Co. photo , and its owner will win the gift card.

    The contest is not managed or sponsored by Instagram.


    Calendar

    • Competition begins: Thursday, September 12, 2024

    • Deadline for submitting an entry: Monday, September 16, 2024, midnight

    • The 5 selected photos will be published on the Woodstock & cie Facebook and Instagram accounts on Friday, September 20, 2024.

    • Deadline to vote for your favorite 2020 decor: Tuesday, September 24, 2024, 8:00 AM

    • Winner announced : Wednesday, September 25 , 2024 in Instagram story on the @woodstockcie account.

    • Prize Claim by the Winner: The winner will be contacted at the email address they used to submit their entry. The winner will have until Sunday, September 29, 2024, at midnight to claim their prize ; otherwise, the second-place entry with the most votes will win the $1,000 gift card.
