What we love most about Jessica's dining room before-and-after transformation is the warm and inviting atmosphere she created in her new space. Jessica achieved this by opting for a tone-on-tone look in beige and brown tones—warm and comforting colors. To create a successful tone-on-tone look, it's essential to minimize contrast in the chosen colors. Here, for example, the Arwin table in white oak was chosen, a fairly stable wood (which exhibits less color variation than, for instance, walnut). A rug, a light fixture, and a few decorative elements in the same shade as the table were also added, along with chairs in shades of brown. The addition of plants provides a subtle counterpoint to the warm colors in this decor. You can read more about wood and color combinations right here .

What we love most about Joëlle's before-and-after coffee corner transformation is the practical (yet aesthetically pleasing) addition of open storage. Besides being a beautiful way to decorate a wall, the wall shelves make the space both practical in terms of storage and visually appealing by allowing her to display seasonal decorative items. Joëlle shows us a great example here with the items related to her coffee corner.

What we love most about Maude's living room before/after transformation (designed by Studio Beaublanc ) is its intimate and warm feel. So warm, in fact, that it evokes the living room of a Californian house by the ocean. This ambiance was achieved through the choice of warm colors (just like Jessica, we used a tone-on-tone approach) and the materials (wood, fabrics, rattan, etc.) of each decorative element. Adding a palm-like plant completes the perfect Californian living room!

What we love most about Audrey's dining room before-and-after transformation is the interplay of contrasts. First, there are the dark elements: a walnut dining table ( Oslo model ) that complements the room's beams, the black-based chairs, and the shelves. Then there are the light elements: the rug in shades of white and beige, the walls, the ceiling, the curtains, the light fixture, and other decorative touches. The combination of dark and light elements creates a striking contrast that makes the entire dining room stand out! Finally, the addition of gold decorative elements gives this dining room its mid-century touch!

What we love most about Eve-Sophie's conservatory before/after transformation is its versatility, adapting to different moods. We love having several seating options to suit our various moods. Want to stretch out and nap? No problem, the bench is there. Fancy swinging and reading a good book? The hanging hammock chair will welcome us for hours of relaxation. Happy hour? We turn on the lights, grab a drink, and we're all set.

What we love most about Mélyna's dining room before/after transformation is the softness, warmth, and simplicity of her new space. By choosing a table and delicate chairs in a pale wood finish, simple white curtains that let in the light, and tone-on-tone decorative elements, she achieved a wonderfully gentle decor.
Once again, we admire the warmth brought by the tone-on-tone effect created by the beige walls, the wooden picture frames, the rattan light fixture, and the entire wooden dining room set. The wood chosen for this decor is cherry, a fairly pale wood with a soft grain. Cherry is at the heart of this design, and the gentle simplicity of the surrounding elements allows us to appreciate the beauty of the wood all the more.
